Thermofill Light underwear is specially designed as a warming layer to be worn under a dry suit.

The Thermofill Light underwear is made of technical multi-layer material, which makes the suit breathable, elastic and water-repellent. The surface layer is X-Tex® membrane fabric, the insulation layer is Thermofill fiber and the inner layer is pleasant fleece. The structure of Thermofill thermal insulation is unique. Its cohesive element is located in the weft in the middle of the fibers, to which the insulating fibers attach. Because of this, it is an extremely flexible, airy and particularly durable insulation. The difference to traditional non-woven wadding is crucial: Thermofill does not clump, crease or fall apart even after years of use. Thermofill withstands countless water washes without losing its insulating properties. When the Thermofill insulation is laminated to a breathable and waterproof membrane fabric and a fleece lining, you get a whole that moves underwear into a new era. The insulation of the fabric used in the Thermofill suit is measured with the international Clo value. The Clo value is 0.83 in the light model and 1.97 in the heavy model. The suit has e.g. ventilation holes in the armpits and for diving use on the left arm, double-lock front zipper, zippered chest pocket, generous thigh pockets, fleece elastics in the collar, cuffs and ankles and a sturdy waist elastic. The construction of the sleeve and ankle elastics makes it easier to put on, preventing the sleeves or legs from riding up during dressing.
