Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Bank charges: You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, we forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments: You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Payment by card is made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Rights and Restrictions on Use of the Service
MilTest Oy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and personal right to use the Service and its content, as defined in these Terms, only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Changes to the Service

All intellectual property rights related to the service and content (such as copyrights, registered and unregistered trademarks) names, patents, database rights and trade secrets) and the goodwill resulting from their use belong to MilTest Oy or its partners. MilTest Oy does not grant the user any direct or indirect rights to any intellectual property rights.
Limitations of Liability
MilTest Oy strives to keep the service available to the user continuously and without interruption. However, MilTest Oy does not guarantee that the service will be available to the user without interruption, on time or without errors. The Service and its content are provided to the User “as is”.
The service may not be available in all countries and may only be available in certain languages. The service, its operation or some features may depend on the compatibility of the devices used, network connections, and content formats.

The user releases MilTest Oy and all its employees, managers and acts on its behalf for all claims and claims arising from the use of the Service.
Changes and Notices to the Terms

Applicable legislation and dispute resolution
The use of the Service and these Terms are governed by Finnish law, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. The parties try to resolve differences primarily through negotiations. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the disagreements will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland. The consumer user can also take the dispute to the competent district court or consumer dispute board determined by his place of residence.
